Professional Data Management is a privately owned billing company dedicated to your anesthesia practice. We have been providing expert billing services to anesthesiologists for over 20 years. PDM has enjoyed sustained controlled growth, and currently bills for over 200 anesthesia providers.

PDM’s Size is a Benefit. Current PDM clients chose PDM for two essential reasons:

• PDM is large enough to have a solid infrastructure to provide high quality billing. PDM employees are seasoned and dedicated professionals with highly specialized skills in billing and collecting anesthesia, pain and critical care services.

Professional Data Management is located just outside of Orlando, Florida at 291 Southhall Lane, Maitland, FL  32751.  Our building is very accessible just off of Interstate 4 and Maitland Boulevard.   

The PDM Team

History  
Founded in 1992, Professional Data Management began billing for several anesthesiologists in Florida.  Anesthesia, Pain Management and Critical Care billing is where we excel, and this is what we have continued to practice ever since. Professional Data Management has enjoyed sustained controlled growth, and currently bills for over 200 anesthesia providers, processing over 115,000 new claims annually.

Philosophy  
Our philosophy is to be a knowledgeable, ethical and courteous extension of your practice. We want to bridge the gap between the physician and the patient by helping meet the needs of the patient as well as the physician.

Expertise  
Professional Data Management has an extremely qualified and dedicated staff.  The management team consists of 5 individuals whose education ranges from masters degrees, a law degree, certified professional coders and certified public accountants.  Two of our managers have done anesthesia billing for 20 and 25 years respectively.   Supporting the administrative team is an equally impressive host of supervisors and front-line staff.  We work closely with other experts in the anesthesia field such as the American Society of Anesthesiologists, The Anesthesia Administrators Assembly of the Medical Group Managers Association and third party payers in order to maintain a high level of expertise in anesthesia reimbursement.
